Using small translucent squares the Cloud at Pittsburghs children’s museum simulates an endless simulated cloud, that billows and morphs as the wind tilts and flows through the grid. The articulated cloud was designed by Ned Khan and the architects, Koning / Eizenberg. Although it appears to be a video projection the cloud doesn’t use and digitalization.
